LG G Flex Self Healing

There's nothing worse than scratching up the back of your pristine smartphone, either from keys or an unfortunate drop on the concrete. It's a terrible feeling. But more importantly LG G Flex is curvy, flexy, and self-healing.

Google Revealed Nexus 5 On Play Store Priced At $349

Google's Nexus 5 is not exactly the world's best kept secret, but if you needed further confirmation that the device is coming soon, we've got it: the device briefly appeared in Google Play Store with a price tag of $349.

Interestingly, the leak comes from not any other source but Google, as the phone was accidentally listed on the Play Store, the company's content, services and device marketplace. The listing appeared for select users and was pulled by Google after it realised it's made a faux pas. The listing was quickly removed (and replaced with the listing for Nexus 4), but not before it was noticed by the folks from Android Police.

Has Android Helped Narendra Modi

When Google launched Android OS for smart devices like Mobile or Tablet around 5 years back even they would have not thought of this. Major part of social media success has come because of Android OS. It has given power to biggies like FB and many others to reach the common man. Success of startups like whatsapp can be largely attributed to Android OS. News like Narendra Modi saving 15000 Gujrathis in Uttarakhand flood reaches each and every corner of country within no time. FB, Whatsapp, Twitter and god knows what all applications spread this news in seconds to millions of peoples. I doubt whether this really happened but it definitely shows the power of mobile apps and their reach.

Hike... Really!!!

In cricket, it was felt that after Sachin Tendulkar, his clone will come and Sehwag fulfilled everybody's wish. So in mobile apps after whatsapp’s success it was almost inevitable that something alike should come in market. So I was not surprised when I received a SMS inviting me to join 'Hike' from one of my friends. So I decided to join Hike.

Will Qwerty become Blackberry's USP?

One of my friend wanted my advice while buying his new phone (thanks to gadgetdost people have started believing in me when it comes to gadgets). So he gave me his requirements, first - no blackberry and second - preferably with qwerty keyboard and last and most important it should be a smart phone. I initially thought it will be half an hour’s job, and I started my R&D. What came out was really surprising. So let’s see what all I’ve found in this search...

Have Nokia and Microsoft missed the Bus

So finally the much talked and hyped launch of Nokia Lumia Series handsets was done just two days back. Call it rumors or news, it was in media since September 2012. So mathematically it is late by almost 5 months, but i think they really missed the opportunity to get back to their position in the mobile market. Everyone was almost certain that Nokia will launch their much awaited Lumia series (packed with Windows 8 OS) during the time of Apple Samsung war, to get the ground. So they started talking about it at that time but were not able to deliver. And by the time they got it in the market, Samsung and Apple both ceased fire and got back to their positions. So now it will be very difficult for Nokia to get into market and reach the top.
